About Soilstay
SoilStay Erosion Control is a locally owned and family operated business that provide services Australia-wide. We pride ourselves on the relationships we have built with our clients, which are based on trust and reliability, and our reputation for quality products and workmanship.
We endeavour to use the most advanced technologies available in the installation of erosion and sediment control measures. Our silt fences are installed to the highest quality and standard and exceed the “Blue Book” guidelines.
Rather than using traditional excavation methods in installing our silt fencing, which can be labour intensive, we use machine installation, operating a Toro TX-425 with a vibrating silt fence installer. This reduces the man hours, and consequently the cost that would normally be associated with more traditional methods of silt fence installation. This installation method also greatly reduces soil disturbance as excavation of the soil is not required. Depending on soil grade and ground conditions, SoilStay can install up to 1km of standard silt fence per day.
With safety being a fundamental focus of our operation, SoilStay Erosion Control has a strong commitment to Work, Health and Safety Regulations and Codes of Practice. We carry Safe Work Method Statements and Site Risk Assessments, and ensure that our public liability and workers compensation insurances are up to date; we can provide certificates of currency as required.
We guarantee that all works carried out will be of the highest quality, installed in the safest, most efficient and effective manner possible, in line with all current regulations and “Blue Book” guidelines.
We can also supply silt socks, straw bales, coir logs, sand bags, erosion control blankets/matting and warning barriers as required.
